上周140PP,好不容己等到更新，更闹心了：
直接从acceptance蹦到Post Decision Activity：
On May 1, 2014, your appeal was dismissed. The original decision on your
case remains the same. If you have not received this decision within 30 days
, or you have recently moved, please contact the appellate authority
directly for assistance.
问律师，律师说从没file过appeal，说我的case一直都还没有decision，怎么file
appeal? 还说一个星期前才file PP，如果case都decision了，PP怎么可能收? appleal
是不能PP的，要等六个月才知道结果。万一uscis死不认账，我就悲催了。律师说要是

不认账，就打官司…………
