我在博士期间一直做的有关病毒蛋白功能的课题。现在有机会到一病毒结构学实验室做
博后。但自己对这个领域还是很陌生，有下面几个问题请懂行的大侠们帮忙解答一下，
不胜感激！
1.这个实验室发的文章大概为PNAS,Journal of virology一类。请问这类杂志在结构生
物学这个领域算什么档次？
2.做结构生物学，好找工作吗？
3.如果回国后，是不是由于实验仪器条件要求太高，不容易建立实验室？
请了解这一领域的大侠们给点信息和建议，不胜感激！

It's hard to tell. In the tranditional virology field, JV is among the best
journals. But in the structure field, PNAS is a soso journal. There is a
limited number of job for structure biology in industry and outsourcing is
the trend. In China, more and more institutes can do structure work. Good
places are like IBP, tsinghua, ustc, and maybe some institutes in Shanghai
as a new synchrotron is running there. BTW, cryoEM is more and more popular
and essentially that's a blank area in China.
