对不起没说清楚。 我平常出差订的机票都是agent帮订的（公司政策），我把我的
mileage plus No.告诉他，他把里程加上。 这次我是自己在网上给岳母订的里程票。
UA的人说要cancel这张票需知道 confirmation No.和旅客的姓名。我自己家的人肯定
不会cancel，所以怀疑有没有可能内部的人或agent干的？现在已经预定不到saver票了
。

自己去账户里找找纪录，cancel就是一个click的事，可能自己不小心？另外也有可能
账户被盗了，先取消票再换东西。赶紧先改密码吧。
