Accutech Bosciences is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic leader with a
strong desire to innovate/develop new diagnostic products. Reporting to the
CEO, this new leader will lead the immunoturbidimetric assay, coagulation
assay, ELISA assay product development team. S/He will lead product design,
process development, application development, data analysis and tech
transfer to production. If you have a proven track record of delivering
innovative products for diagnostic use, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Lead the R&D team, contribute and drive the overall Development
strategic direction, along with and other leadership team members
• Oversee the development of immunoassay diagnostic production,
quality control and data analysis.
• Build and invest in our team of talented scientists and research
associates through focused engagement, development and leadership
• Write, review and approve technical protocols and reports
• Performs overall review of data generated on development
• Develops, reviews and approves SOPs and PPs.
Qualifications:
• Experience in immunoassay, coagulation assay.
• Experience in building a immunoturbidimetric, coagultaion, ELISA,
enzyme activity detection platform
• Develop a high degree of rigor and discipline within the team to
ensure predictable delivery of high quality products to commercial
operations
• Write, review and edit appropriate sections of Regulatory
submissions
• Represent Product Development at cross functional Core Team
interactions
• Direct experience with the development of early phase diagnostic
products
• Experience leading R&D at a start-up moving through launch to
commercialization is highly desirable.
Requirements:
• MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, immunology, Microbiology or
related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in academia or
biotechnology companies
