有没有在读的能出来说说，申请要怎么的GMAT分数和GPA才行，读的辛不辛苦，要写
多少paper。
如果本身不喜欢做研究，单单是为了出来后可以找到年薪比较高的工作，还有办绿
卡可以挤进EB2，是不是一个明智的选择。

谢谢回复。
我有这里的会计硕士，也有三年的工作经验，对会计还是满喜欢的，就是对研究没
有太大兴趣，但也说不上讨厌。

没有太大兴趣就不要浪费5－6年的青春啦。

可是毕业出来前景很诱人,收入翻番...我现在的年薪扣了税，温饱而已。

sometimes it's not about whether you are interested in doing something
it's about whether you have the ability and luck to do it
I would say give it a shot
applying does not mean you can get in
getting in does not mean you can graduate
writing a paper does not mean you can publish it
but if you don't try, you never know

I guess most quick-profitable major now is FE
maybe u could try that if you are targeting money

That's not my thing. 读会计master的时候选过finance方面的课，没兴趣也学得不
好。而且FE需要很强的数学和计算机背景，不适合我。

Industry doesn't need accounting PHDs. Only academy does.
I wonder why you want to be a faculty if you dislike research.

Maybe my knowledge on this topic is limited. I am unaware of any
organizations other than research institutions hiring accounting PHDs.

In fact, all big 4 hire some accounting Ph.D students.
Of course these Ph.D people are in a different track. They are not
heading to partners/CFOs....
