Sorry for the late reply.
It seems in MSA program most of your classmates are International students,
especially those from Japan, Thiland, Korea and Taiwan. I don't think that's
very interesting.
I am not sure if there's any difference to recruiters, but definitely this
program is among the ones targeted to big foreign companies or wealthy
individuals - tuition is high, and many of the students are sponsored and have
job committement to their employers before they join the program.
