F = A * [ ((1+i)^N -1) / i ]

you made it way to complicated than it ought to be. If the *interest* is
300,000, and the principle is $4M, the interest rate is 300K/4000K=7.5%.
You are probably concerned about the IRR of this thing. Well, a 12C will
do it for you in seconds.

that would be the correct answer if we are looking for the IRR for this cash
flow.
It also depends on how you interpret "10年后可得5,000,000".
