为弘扬京剧艺术，发现、鼓励京剧后备人才而举办的中央电视台首届全国戏曲
院校学生京剧大赛，日前在北京和上海同时举行。此次大赛，全国所有戏曲院校都派出
最强阵容参赛，其中不乏全国小梅花奖得主，生、旦、净、丑，行档齐全，共有102个
节目入围复赛。
由上海戏校承办的此次南方赛区，原本最适合在逸夫舞台举办，不巧，逸夫舞
台正在进行大修。正在一筹莫展之际，曾与上海戏校多次合作，把京、昆、越、沪、淮
等小戏送进社区的长宁文化艺术中心，得知情况后伸出援手，几乎无偿提供剧场和优质
服务，解了大赛燃眉之急。据长宁区文化局副局长马锦梅介绍说，长期以来，长宁区所
属文化馆、站都在做文化艺术普及工作，尤其对高雅、严肃艺术进社区给予大力支持，
如前不久刚结束的中央美院六十周年素描精品展，该中心非但不收场租，还给予对方一
定的经济支持。就在这样温馨的文化氛围中，长宁区近年形成了包括长宁文化艺术中心
坚持数年的“星期音乐会”、西郊百联广场的周周演、每月一场的专业越沪剧大戏等在
内的众多群众文化品牌。由于长宁坐拥古北、虹桥等国际化社区，且有大量港

我的问题是，为啥有encapsulation dot1Q 1 native出现。可以理解1个circuit需要
tag一下才能区分traffic，但是802.1Q不是应该用在trunk，而trunk应该是switch和
switch之间的么？为啥router也行？

If i have china investor/partner and i will be the manager/partner for
business activities in the us. What kind of business structure is better?
Limited partnership or LLC or c corp.? Business may involve real estate
asset holdings/management and import/export. Thanks!

802.1q in Cisco's term is a trunk, it can be configured on a router or a
switch, on IOS router it is called sub-interface, on IOS switch it can
either be configured as sub-interfaces or VLANs. Each trunk has to have a
native VLAN which is not tagged, in your case the native VLAN is 1, you can
move interface FastEthernet0/0.1's configuration to physical interface F0/0
to have the same functionality.

for investment purposes, LP (or LLC) are most common. that allows you the
freedom of managing the funds / investments freely.
for opearting purposes, you should consider a C or S corp if you aren't too
big.
