年初报税时绿卡还没批，儿子没有社会安全号，结果就没有那300刀的退税。
现在绿卡批了，打算马上给儿子办个SSN。

The status online was changed to "card production" this afternoon (2-28-2014
). However, it was changed to "decision" tonight. I also received several
text messages about this.
Is this normal? Is my I-485 approved?
The latest status is:
On February 28, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on
the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.

供一些 "inside information".
GSU的站点上信息不是很详细, 也希望有朋友能多提供点信息.

Not this year, but you can get the money after you file your 2008 income tax
in 2009 if he got his SSN by then.

I don't think so. If you use a tax software to prepare your return, one of
the questions will be how much did you get in 2008 from the stimulus package.

我不用软件报税，一般的paper报税也应该有这样的选项吧？
