音箱打开会有电流的那种兹兹声，开大声音的话这个兹兹声很响，是不是质量不好？还
有人对着话筒声音不用很大也可以传到音箱，但是话筒对着计算机播放的音乐传到音箱
的声音很小很小，是因为话筒对很近的声音敏感？谢谢！

请问大家，University of Toledo的商学院Ph.D.怎么样，有人听说过吗？有没有高手
来描述一下这个学校商学院Ph.D. program名声, Placement等等。商学院的方向大概有
OM, Statistics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Management, MIS, Finance，哪个方向
出来后的工作比较好找，比较有前途啊？还有商学院Ph.D.出来的前景如何？Fresh Ph.
D. 找faculty的职位容易吗？感觉理工科要是要找Faculty职位要读牛校Postdoc, 商学

From the list you provided, it seems that Finance has the best job market.
Other than MIS, I think for the other majors, it's relatively easy for fresh
PhDs to find faculty positions. Actually, Business PhD graduates don't
have an advantage in getting a job elsewhere (other than faculty positions).
All above are just my personal opinion.

如果是PASSIVE功率大的音箱的话是功放的声音，没办法。我的也有，夜里能听得很明
显。我把他延长放CLOSET里了。
有说用两相插头会好，试了也没用。
其他的是电磁干扰，尤其是发射性的线圈电视遥控器等。PA SPEAKER的话有时还能听到
里面好象有广播LOL。

Why is it easy to find a faculty position? For engineering or science Ph.D.
gradautes, it might be easier to find a job than faculty position and this
might be contary to business graduates. What are the reasons behind the
storyies?

Basically, there is no equilibrium. Take accounting for example, all the
skills the employer requires can be obtained from a Master's graduate, so
they will not pay more. You can still qualify for the job, but with a PhD,
do you want to be paid $50K? You would rather get a faculty position and be
paid >$100K.
