我们用1040。2007年已经要了1200。2008的1040貌似有recovery rebate,但是
worksheet里没有小孩的一项啊。

I-130表11，12 如果没有前夫（妻），是不填（blank) 还是填 N/A？

In order to answer your question, you need to specify your location. Some
locations are only served by certain airlines. For example, Fayetteville,
NC (FAY) is only served by US Airways & Delta Air Lines, so if your frequent
flyer program is American Airlines, then it does not make sense.

我知道是line 70.但是那个说要用worksheet 来算。我的line 6是1000，line 8,9是
1200, line 12,13,16,17是0.然后从line 18 skip到22也是1200。这样下来26,28都是
1200,27, 29就是0了.
是line 16填错了吗?

那就申请us airways 的吧。费城是他们的hub.

你的算法有误:
line 6 1000
line 8,9 1200
line 10 Yes -->go to line 11
line 11 Yes --> skip line 12-18 go to line 19
line 19 600
line 20 1200
line 21 300 if two dependent 600....
line 22 1500
line 23 your AGI on 1040 line 38
line 24 150000
line 25 NO -->go to line 27
line 27 1500
line 28 1200 (you said you received 1200 for 2007)
line 29 300
so, you can receive 300 this year for your child born on 2008.
答案建立在你的家庭收入低于150000但高于17900.如果超出或低于,答案不同.
