Responsibilities
He / She will work with Front End Innovation team for the Philips Legacy and LED Lighting products driver concept and solution study, exploration, pre-development and validation. He will collaborate with cross team for products planning,technical feasibility assessment, driver concept proposal and prototype pre-development, evaluation and solution verification. The focus will be for both direct mains and retrofit LED lighting solution.
Requirements
1. Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical or Electronics with good knowledge in AD/DC, DC/AC and DC/DC converter, Familiar with Buck, Boost, Flyback and other control logic, Familiar with PPFC/APFC, transformer and associated area; Power Electronics Knowledge is a must.
2. With 3 years and above design experience in power electronics product and developed project independently; Hands on experience in schematic design,PCB layout; PCB board debugging and testing; good skill of failure analysis and problem solve for product development; Familiar with simulation tool such as Labview and other simulation tools; Product development experience in lighting industry will be a plus.
3. Self – motivated, capability of independently work on project for design, development, debugging, analysis and report out. Result oriented and good team work and project ownership with capability of coordinating small group for project development.
4. Result oriented, good in communication, willing and quick to learn new technology; Medium and above English with good verbal and writing English capability,capable of communicating with counterpart from multi-geo smoothly.
