我是H1-B被雷了，打算回国了，但是很多事情临到头
来才发现完全没有准备。希望大家多指教。。。
我们这种情况回国需要准备什么？我们没有绿卡，
国内恐怕也没有户口了，身份证早就过期了，
是持护照就可以回国了吧？户口去哪里落？然后小朋友怎么办？
她没有护照，中美的都没有，需要办什么证明才能回去？
旅行证？户口怎么办？还听说有个啥留学证明？
说没有的话国内好像还不承认这边的学历？
准备卷铺盖卷了才发现简直就是一团乱麻。。。

在精华区什么的看了一圈，还是不太清楚。哪位高手给个确切的说法。
F1(OPT)转为H1b，在美国超过了五年。拿的是postdoctoral fellowship,要交税吗？

一直觉得自己的心理太脆弱，一点小事，就很能影响自己的情绪，太容易开心或者不开
心了，虽然已经是奔四的人了，却还是做不到处事不惊，明明已经经历过很多事情了，
也见过很多场面了，也想变得很淡定，不受一些小事情的影响，道理是明白的，就是做
不到。
不知道那些真正处变不惊的人，都是怎么做到的，还是说，这个跟天生的性格有关系，
后天是很难改变的么，心理脆弱的跟玻璃心差不多，也确实够呛。
毕竟在现在的社会生活，会遇到太多不顺心的事情了，都往心里去的话，就会变得很容
易情绪波动，一丁点小事儿，也能让自己不开心半天。
我有个朋友比我更加心理脆弱，比如她去剪头发了，发型不满意，也会特别的郁闷，其
实头发就算剪掉了，过不了几个月也就长得很长了，这样的事情也能严重影响心情的话
，生活会变得很累吧，但是我也没有比朋友好到哪里去。
有时候因为倒霉，有一些经济损失，比如几千块人民币，虽然不算多，但是也能让我郁
闷好一会，还是我太在意得失了吧，明明钱是身外物，损失就损失呗，可为什么管不住
自己还是郁闷呢。
