I have been working on fine powder related projects and encounter a major
challenge:
how to retain fine powders in a contineous stirred tank reactor?
I am using a series of CSTRs and each tank contains fine powders, which are
required to retain in the same tank -- powder migration to the other tank is
not acceptable; using additional settlementing tanks are not acceptable,
either. I tried hydrocyclone but did not work; membrane filtration is too
expensive. The powder size concentration in tanks
