德国某知名企业招聘。将德国总部的部分研发力量转到广州，因此需要招聘高级化学师
（经理级别），薪水：3万/月（可商议）。具体如下：
Educational background: Ph.D. in chemistry or physics, minimum 10 years
working experience in the rubber and plastics field, oversea working
experience is preferred, very good English skills.
Duties: Design and preparation of rubber compounds, testing of compounds
concerning mechanical, physical and chemical properties, setting up small-
scale and production trials, co-ordination of lab activities and teaching
lab staff in general
