被fire，J1失效，one month grace period快到了，新工作没找到，想转成B2，在美
国从容的玩一玩在回国，能办成么？是不是只要交上转身份申请，就可以在美国合法
居留了？

老板让我搞清楚advantages and disadvantages of plumbing the IC with microbore
(red) tubing and the smaller (2mm) suppressor as opposed to the macrobore (
black) tubing and the larger diameter suppressor (4 mm).我们现在用的是ICS-
1000的Ion Chromatography,需要把apatite里的calcium, ammonium and sodium分离出
来。我已经给dionex的technician service 打了很多次电话，他们都说啥样的
suppressor 配啥样的tubing就行，除了flow rate不一样，其他的好像没什么区别，但
是老板还是觉得肯定有advantage和disadvantage，想找出我们到底应该用2mm的
suppressor还是4mm的？
有没有人可以给点建议？谢谢！

你们的柱子是多大直径？2mm就用2mm的suppressor，这个主要是压力问题，4mm柱子配
2mm suppressor压力会太大，2mm柱子配4mm suppressor也会back pressure不够影响分
离。

老板让我搞清楚advantages and disadvantages of plumbing the IC with microbore

但是我们是3mm的柱子，CS 12A-5µm (3×150mm)和CG 12A-5µm (3×30mm).
这种情况用什么样的柱子比较好呢？
