better job and was totally confident. I did give them a fairly difficult
exam but curved the result so most of them got a grade higher than they
actually deserved. Now I have the evaluation - it was much worse than last
time, completely embarrassing!

包青天剧集大多数都制作的很精良啊，18年后看一点也不觉得陈旧，其故事都挺经典且
引人入胜。有的讲奇案；有的说伦理道德；大多都有教育意义，偶尔穿插神鬼故事。主

For normal spi devices, they call "spi_register_master".
atmel_spi.c
I have a ssc module in the Arm chip, want to use it to emulate spi device.
Plan to implement transfer() method as other spi device drivers.
If i register it using spi_register_master in probe(),
can i send spi IOCTLs from spidev.c to it ?
I know i need to fill in stuff in this ssc driver,
but hopefully all high level spi related stuff stays the same. Basically
emulates ssc as spi.
Any suggestions ?

Answer for this question :In an acquisition, the net income of a newly
acquired subsidiary is 95% .
I think why not 100% because in the acquisition, all is at 100% of FV ,
right? Thank you!

注意一下你们系里如何evaluate teaching，是单看学生打分，还是综合看一门课的por

你们学校是期末考试完才做course evaluation吗？ 我们是在期末考试周前2星期做
course evaluation。所以我平时成绩都判的松，但final/ term paper判得很严。没关
系，像楼上所说，多多研究研究comments，下次教再更加lenient一些。你的要求再高
再严格，学生也不一定说你知识水平高，更不会说你的教学水平高。

After you calm down, remember after, you go back and read your evaluation,
in the beginning of my career, i got not good eval, i was mad too, because i
thought i cared so much and worked so much, but later, actually one year
later, when i read it again, i DO found my own problem. There are outliers
there for students eval, but a good portion of it makes sense.
The thing is we thought we did so much and got such a bad eval. From the
students' point of view, they paid their tuition to learn from y

teachable....
Or it may be more politically correct to say that they should not take some
specific courses
at the very beginning.
There are two choices. Either you keep a consistent standard for the courses
or you lower your standard to
fit the students. Many professors will choose the latter for the sake of a
better evaluation. That was what I
did.
It is true that professors should 因材施教， However, the students should
have some

A lot of times, if we really understand the stuff we are teaching and often
already obtained a higher point of view, say, for example
you teach undergraduate analysis, if you already understand functional
analysis, that actually will facilitate your teaching for the lower division
,
a lot of times you have to find suitable words to express a deep idea using
"plain " language, and you can only do this if you have a stronger and
deeper understanding by yourself, except for a few genius that we don
already obtained a higher point of view, say, for example
