我有个问题。我今年初的时候，跟我在美国的叔叔换了4万刀。就是我在国内有些人民
币，给他回国时候用（但是也没有转帐，就是让我爸爸把我的卡存折密码给他了，因为
他在中国没有账号），他给我BOA的账号上打了4万刀。最近有人提醒我，这4万刀有可
能会被查税。我该怎么做呢？说跟叔叔借的可以免税吗？
