Is there any affordable potato peeler and slicer device out there?

LP打算6月30辞职，H1b转H4. 因为I-539没法明确指出生效日期，如果批的effective
date早于6月30日，岂非effective date 到6月30号之间是非法工作，如果effective
date晚于6月30号，那6月30号到effective date之间岂非非法居留？请问如何告诉
uscis expected effective date?

我有一个日本店里买的30刀，觉得还满好用的，不过不是peeler,是slicer，和切丝用
的。自从买了它就经常做酸辣土豆丝，还有肉炒胡萝卜丝什么的。

effective date晚于6月30号没关系
如果是早于的话，从effective date起就不能工作，不然就是out of status

美国《侨报》报道，美国商业巨头与移民组织正在游说国会在今年内进行合法移民系统
改革。移民局长马约卡斯6月7日称，奥巴马政府认识到合法移民系统改革对增强美国竞
争力的重要性，欢迎有才华的外国学生留美工作，欢迎外国投资者在美创业。
由微软、波音、迪斯尼、万豪等知名企业的250名商界领袖和彭博、维拉莱戈沙等
大都市市长组成的“新美国经济伙伴”与代表外国工人大雇主的“美国国际雇员委员会
”(ACIP) 这两天联手发动游说攻势，推动国会今年内就美国绿卡和签证系统进行改革。
ACIP执行主任索特维尔说：“外国出生的科学家、工程师和发明家为美国带来巨大
利益，我们的移民系统应当允许雇主雇佣并留住他们，使他们继续为美国创造就业、发
展经济和革新发明做贡献。”
移民局长马约卡斯当天出席ACIP峰会致辞时强调，美国作为移民国家的传统和身份
，为世界才华之士提供了很多机会，并且因此成为世界经济的引擎，现在美国仍具有世
界最仁慈的移民系统。
他说，在综合移民改革推进有困难的情况下，移民局将通过自身行政规章和程序的
改革，争取在改善合法移民系统方面取得成绩。
奥巴马政府近期在移民系统改革方面动作频频，比如加快审批投资移民申请，符合
条件的外国投资者可使用加急程序；扩大理工科外国学生在美延长实习期限的适用范围
；在全美开展大规模广告宣传，鼓励合资格的绿卡持有者入籍等。
马约卡斯说，移民局将继续与业界合作，以更好地了解业界需求，并改善业界移民
申请的补件程序；改善移民局顾客服务，完善电话客服中心，使得移民申请者能与移民
局及时沟通

If I understand correctly, the safe way will be 1. my LP File I-539 2. quit
job 3. the gap will be COS and is legal.
Another question is that
my H1b ends this Aug and needs extension. Can I file (actually my school) I-
129 together with her I-539 in June (premium), asking for her change of
status starting from June (whatever time but before my current H1B expires)?
I'm not sure if it will work because this kind of I-539 application depends
on both approved H1B (to Aug) and unapproved extension application (from Aug
). Do you think it is feasible? If yes , any suggestion on how to fill Part
3 Q2 Q3? Both Yes?
If no, shall she file two applications?
We really have no idea about this. Any input will be appreciated.

我推荐过
如果不用那个finger guide的话，擦的太激动了确实容易擦到手。那个finger guide不
好用。
所以到最后剩了一小块就用刀切吧

同意。每次也是有点儿怕，不过只要不太贪心想全部都擦到就不会伤到手，我都是最后
一块就丢掉了，唉，怪可惜的。那个finger guide不是特别有用，除非食物是很平整的
状态。

图案的布局看就比较乱，
好东西多看看就明白了。

这个gap没问题
如果要先变H-4的话，那你现在就得帮你lp file I-539，是base你现在current的H-1b
的，这个一般需要3-6个月才能批下来，不能加急，只能慢慢等，你如果6月才file的话
在8月前都批不下来，而且H-4批下来当日起你lp马上就不能工作了，不然就out of
status，这个H-4的有效期和你现在的current一样长，到7月底结束（如果在你current
的H1b结束前还没批下来，最后的结果是这个COS会被拒）
然后你在extend你的H-1b的同时再次帮你lp file一次I-539，把H-4也一起延
这样你要帮你lp file 2次I-539，处理费也要付2次，没什么必要，还不如在6月时候你
延H-1b的时候一起办了，因为你延H-1b是可以加急处理的，H-4可以同时很快批下来

是啊，钓鱼方便的很，这些天，天天一群大的草鱼（至少十几磅）在岸边吃树上掉下的
berries。
刚才家居版说这是晚清的，有道理吗？

了。

对口东南亚非洲拉丁美洲的出口瓷. 上到康熙下到民国款都有,大都是印款,线条极其浓
重,底以普通粉彩不常见的大粉大绿大黄等艳色底为主,也有白的. 江西不烧,好土不烧
粗器. 欧美和日本本土不送,人家也不收,因为在中国打劫百年已经在审美方面劫成行
家了.

我有个问题,关于receipt date
比如说我打算9月11号辞职, 那么9.6号efile了转 H4,supporting document9月7号寄出
去的话.我的receiptdate是说1到10天后USCIS正式的信给了才算么?
9月11号如果是我的termination date, 那么,在那时候我还没有收到USCIS正式的
Receipt的话,我算是out of status么
我看539官方的说明说要expire45天前file, 可是谁会在45天前知道要被辞职呢?
