抱歉我没说清楚。。。
基本就是一个设计的疏水的跨膜多肽分子，20多个氨基酸的那种。按一定比例加到磷脂
双分子层里去，然后想知道这个多肽分子在膜里的数目？是按照化学计量比还是泊松分
布来计算？
