最近要跳槽，因为新公司催的很紧，只能提前一个星期和老板说。老板现在还一点都不
知道，这两天还给了不少任务。。。到时候怎么说比较好？毕竟也共事一场，不想弄得
太僵。

some knowledge transfer. sometimes the employer lets you ago right away to
avoid negative impacts(even you still get paid for the 2 weeks)

俺现在就是这状况，明天最后一天，知识已经移交了，明天同事凑不齐，所以今天把告

It depends on how much work you have on hand and if you can transfer work to

additional weekend and paid me consultant's hourly rate to finish my work.

Right, when you decide to move on, the new employer become more important
than the current one. Two weeks notice is standard, but one week is still
okay though the current employer might not be happy about it.

的了。明年一月准备跟老公回韩国定居，她今年一月就跟DIRECTOR说了，好让DIRECTOR
作准备。今年三月招人广告出来，我申请了，一直到七月正式上班，现在在同一个TEAM
工作。那个韩国人也都兢兢业业工作，我也从她那里学了不少，大家也都知道她一月要
走，一切都很和谐。
