现在是博后 non-cap H1B, 最近有工业界offer，因为h1b没法直接transfer,所以公司
让去北京分公司工作等明年的H1B, 批下来后明年10月份回美国上班，请问这样会不会
影响H1的申请。如果10月份之前B签证来美国，会不会被拒签？

For 2013, the maximum taxable social security income for employees on wages
is $113,700, and for self employed individuals it is also $113,700 (though
obviously at a higher rate).
Suppose a person is a full time employee for part of 2013 (thus receiving W2
wages), then leaves that job and becomes self employed, thereby earning
income as a self-employed independent contractor for the rest of 2013. To
make a concrete scenario, assume the W2 wages were $75,000 and the total
1099 income is also $75,000.
Is my following calculation correct for SS Tax ?
6.2% on the $75,000 in W2 wages, then 12.4% on $38,700 of the 1099 income (=
$113,700 - $75,000). The rest of the 1099 income for the year ($36,300) is
not subject to SS tax.

用的是T-mobile的plan，从周五下午开始无法稳定的接打电话，有时重启后可以打一个
或者两个。以为是装软件的问题，把存储卡格了，机器先是软格（Master reset），后
来又硬格了两次。后来知道朋友的手机也有同样的问题，但是现在朋友的已经好了，我
自己的仍然有这个毛病。
和格机前比较，发现格机前Installed Apps里面有一大堆软件，很多好像是SMS的什么
plugin之类的，现在都没有了。格机前的free memory（不是存储空间）有38M左右，现
在有70M左右。不知道是不是那一大堆软件的问题？
能否通过PC重装完整的firmware？谢谢了！

通常carboiimide（EDC）和NHS 用来连接amine 和carboxylic acid。
请问各位大牛，是否可以用EDC 和NHS 来连amine 和phosphonate 基团？谢谢。

No guarantee before yor get H1B visa or B visa in Embassy.
