来美一年多，一直用的招商卡和学校的credit card。前天心血来潮网申citibank和
discover两家，今天同时收到回复 -- 前者拒了，后者则已把卡发出。
citi拒的理由如下：
“ You have a permanent home address or permanent home
telephone number outside the United States. While our
accounts may be used worldwide, we issue accounts
only to people who reside within the United States. Please
be assured our decision is not a reflection of your
creditworthiness. ”
我网申时确实是很傻的把permanent address和school address都填的是目前
appartment,电话也留的同样的。
唉，那这样一来，我是不是一定只有明年毕业找到工作后才能申呢？
