最终还是没有逃过layoff的劫运，昨天被HR walk out, 给了3个礼拜的severage
package。联系了Ph.D的老板，说可以暂时回去做postdoc，感谢我有这么好的老板。
现在问题是，我需要H1B transfer, 公司和学校的律师都是我已经out of status了，
应该到境外等待新的h1b批了以后再入境。主要是因为新的h1b需要先post 10天，再LCA
，再等h1receipt，这样就已经一个月过去了，这一个月里我就算黑这里了吧？除了
处境，还有什么其他的option啊？有没有类似的jms说说？
而且我需要跨州搬家，我如果立刻出境，我这里的apt. 家具，车啊的什么都没法处理
啊，现在理不出头绪了。anyway，现在深刻觉得在公司里没有绿卡不好混了，而且不稳
定。

Essential Job Functions
- Organize information on our website, marketing materials, datasheets, and
protocols.
- Answer customers' questions before and after sales.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication
strategies.
Requirements
- B.S or M.S. in biology, chemistry, or related science major. Students and
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and is a
self-motivated person.
- Exceptional problem solving, decision-making, conflict resolution and
negotiating skills.
- Adherence to company practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability
to understand and effectively deliver information on company products.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge or experience in Web/internet marketing tactics a plus.

不能跟原来公司打个招呼让他们晚一点报给移民局？
如果要post 10天可以同时做lca的 lca不需要花钱很简单就是要等一个礼拜同时准
备材料收到lca马上寄出去拿到delivery receipt 你就安全了这样算下来最多也就
两个礼拜

学校的律师说，我的termination date是昨天, so my working visa is not current,
so I would have to wait for an approval before I begin working at the U

file a B2 status change right away so that you have valid status in US. Then
you can handle H1B transfer and withdraw B2 petition. do it right now
