anybody would like to share your experience?
these are what I found from the internet:
1. "听说以前有强行冲关一说，就是由美国公民的儿女带着父母冲关，说是父母年老体

大家好，
最近在预约下个月的上海h1b签证。我目前 h1b, 明年初过期，所以，然后刚刚加急
renew了，又弄了一张 797，然后新的 797 一直到2017年初才过期。所以目前手里有
两张 797 表格，每个表格都有不同的 receipt number。
(1) 请问我在填 DS160 的时候是不是要把两张797的 receipt number 都填进去呢？
如附件图一。
(2) 我在在线预约的网站也遇到类似问题，也就是这个地方，https://cgifederal.
secure.force.com/updatedata
见附件图二，那里也要填 Receipt Number， Start Date，和 Expiration Date，但
是我有两张 797，这个怎么填呢？
希望大家帮帮我啊，实在不知道有两个 797 的时候该咋弄了，本来想加急renew 了之
后一次签证有效期可以长一点的。没想到麻烦也不小。

This is network unlock .... which is different to the software unlock or
hardware unlock which most people are doing . Not sure it is legal or how
long it can sustain.

This should be the ultimate solution, the same method all carriers around
the world used to unlock their iPhones.
AFAIK most other smartphones are unlocked this way.

人家在问 unlock，你们在说jailbreak
都是些半瓶子晃荡的家伙
这个都搞不清楚，还来忽悠人家。
现在iphone 4，在02以上的基带都不能unlock，除了卡贴，或者160刀的那个
superpaddy网站
等着吧！

This is something I don't quite understand. Usually we say a phone is
locked. It is because some gatekeeper inside the phone prevent the phone
from being used in other carriers. Mostly it can't pass some standard
security authentication. Basically it is a phone side limitation. In
this case, it sounds like this authentication can be passed through
network update. I am not aware of this kind of things exist before.
Just curious.

通过itunes激活iphone的时候会通过apple的数据库检查IMEI是否在unlocked数据库，
如果是的就在激活的时候解锁
iphone。所以你说是iphone side limitation也没错，但是这个limitation是通过激活
的过程来控制的，而激活是要通过网
络的。

其实买相机这种行为不浪费，因为有消费才有市场，没有这么多不会用相机的人买相机
，相机厂早关张了。只是那架相机浪费了。
