怎么个程序啊?
我只能越洋预约. 是这样程序吗:打预约电话,用信用卡付电话费X分钟,接通后再用信用
卡交预约费,然后进入预约程序,把父母的资料报上?

你的意思是我没法提我父母越洋预约了? 我父母必须亲自出手? 可怜我父母没见过什么
世面,我们的小县城也没有中信银行啊.
请赐教.

You can't do it for you parents in USA. Your parents have to do it
themselves or find some friends or relatives to help them. Just simply find
the closet bank which has the service from ZhongXin bank website, bring
money and their passports and the Shen fen Zheng of who is going to do this
for them. Be prepared, it will take lots of time if they don't know anyone
in the bank and have to wait in line.

As for this, half of Chinese parents are the same and they have to get the
visa themselves, which is way much harder than paying the fee.
And not all Zhong Xin bank branches have the services, such as all Anhui
province only has one branch can do this. You must check their website to
find exact location and telephone numbers in case any problem.

你可以帮你父母电话预约时间，但是你需要在国内的人帮你搞定签证费的收据

1，必须先缴费，再凭缴费收据号码预约，
2，缴费必须拿签证人护照原件去中信银行，付款，可以代办，但也要拿护照原件和代
办人身份证去缴费，网上有人说拿护照复印件也可以缴费成功的，
3，预约电话卡，可以网上购买，信用卡付款就行，你拿到pin，直接美国电话预约，需
要你父母姓名、护照号码，身份证号码，签证费的收据号码。
