Payroll给我做了份税表，说我的Tax Treaty Benefit will end on 12/31/2008.我觉
得有点问题，我是09/19/2006入境美国的，根据treaty，我享有三年免税期，对这个三
年免税我的理解是，我应该享受到09/19/2009，而不是12/31/2008。不知道我的理解对
不对？

If you are U.S. for less than 12 months in that year, you are considered in
U.S. for the whole year.

做新闻的人和做历史的人看事情的角度不一样，
Democratic 的西方视角应该是那种议会民主，
所以从康梁说起吧，
康梁的贵族；孙逸仙的资产阶级精英；胡适的，方的知识分子精英，
Democratic含义在他们那里不一样的，
中国应该还有另一面从底层泛动的被批为暴民政治和民粹主义的Democratic，
例如被封存的"街头暴民"，和近些时候出现的"网络暴民" 的Democratic
