一般的这种情况，客户不会每次都把账单傅了的。有时候俺BILL的时候，都有一种负罪
感。尤其是因为自己的原因，如小的失误或没有尽力引起的OVER BUDGET.老板总是

There is a limit I guess because sometimes you have to renegotiate with your
clients and change order. I guess you will lose your clients if you charge
too many....

In the small southern city where I live, I was told only Jacobs and Fluor
offer overtime for managers. No bonus. My information might not be 100%
reliable.
