今天收到移民局的信，告知被抽中，高兴中，但，但，但，但是要提供PE证书。哪位有
过类似经历？ 我是civil engineer.

Do not worry. Go to the website of your State Board. You should be able to
find the statements (in the document like PE ACT), regarding the waiver of
PE requirement for entry-level civil engineers only if their supervisors are
PEs. Show this to you H1B lawyer. HE/she knows how to deal with it. GOOD
