they are almost the same. Note that FUSEX requires a $100K minimum investmen
t, while FSMKX requires $10K.

You should at least wait until your I-140 is approved. You will be able to

像很多地方，一看你是亚裔，根本不带你玩）。 如果你有本事，能作到项目负责人以
上，其实是很不错的。
你现在的资格，除非造假， 否则大概教育认证很难通过。
土木工程这个行业比较简单，但是和数学专业差别还是很大的。力学/材料方面的知识
体系，做数学的应该几乎完全没有吧？
如果你程序员觉得没什么前途，有前辈的关系在，下班兼职去修一些网络本科的课程，
通过应该不难，然后就可以有资格了。大概需要2年时间吧。 问问你家前辈，看他是不
是支持你。

485 file 后的180天比较好。
如I-140批了后就换你还得和新公司申请一次PERM 和I-140,而且你的旧公司有权把你的
和他们申请的140 withdraw.那时你不是啥都没啦？

什么地方都是靠本事吃饭。不管是技术能力，还是领导交流能力，都必须要有一些能力
，不然公司肯定不会雇用你
其实对刚毕业的学生，关系更重要一些，以后的工作就看自己的能力了

长辈本身是从国内干建筑出身的，技术过硬，但苦于没有执照，所以现在接不到政府的
大项目，如果板上有人愿意合作的话，条件合适，我可以帮忙联系一下！
纽约这附近土木工程师机会还是很多的，而且这一两年房地产不错，听说工程多到接不
完。

In the current situation, after you submitte your I485 (not count year 2007)
,it will have a result quickly, so it is meaningless to change job.

If your relatives have many years of engineering experiences in us or in
china. He can get PE by himself. He need many years of engineering
experience though.
