爸爸在美国没有保险，网上查了查说原因很多，大多建议到医院做检查。医院太麻烦了
，还不如直接送爸爸回国了治病了。有没有人有类似经验的？

三年前来美。 2008年5月份以前在A州自费读书。在A州一分钱收入（除了BOA账户里有
几十块利息）也没有。 2008年5月份以后到B州工作。像这种情况还要不要填A州的tax
form？
刚去A州网站查了查，它们是这样说的：
What are the resident requirements for filing a A-State Individual Income
Tax Return?
You are required to file a A-State income tax return if any of the following
apply: (a) You are required to file a Federal income tax return; (b) You
have income subject to A-State income tax but not subject to federal income
tax; (c) Your income exceeds A-State’s standard deduction and personal

因为岳母在美国，
所以可以一起提交130和485.
但是在485中如何填application type？就是在485的part2.
a. An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa
number that has been approved.
b.
c.
...
h. Ohter basis of eligibility.
是选a，还是h？
