公司的律师在帮我申请绿卡。在她file之前让我核实一遍材料填的是否都正确。我很惊
讶的看到其中一项写道：
“Does the alien have the experiences as required for the requested job
opportunity indicated in question H.6?”
她的选项是“No”。
我写信问她是不是填错了。如果我没有这种“required”experience，公司凭什么hire
我？为什么要给我绿卡？
这里是她的回信：
Thanks for your reply. Actually you do not have experience in the job
offered, but you qualify for the position by way of possessing alternate
experience. It's a mere technicality, as it would mean the same in the real
world.
请问大家她这样填难道不会影响到我的绿卡申请审批吗？多
