You describe something. Then you say, "better still", and describe something
better or to a larger degree.
Examples:
"I'm going to give you a raise after this is done. Better still, I'm going
to promote you too."
"Come over Saturday. Better still, come for the whole weekend."
By the way, it's the same as "better yet":
"The phone comes with a charger. Better yet, you also get a bluetooth
headset."
