人人都把劲使在boardroom上去了。
实际做project的时候不见得怎么样，但是对别人的缺点挑的特别认真，fail以后一进boa
rdroom就都生龙活虎了。
这样做的结果是每次project manager都被fire，因为这往往就归罪于leadership，
而且其他人表现大致相当，不可能全都fire掉。
下一集Chris如果不能改变这个现状的话被fire的就是他
