When will the results be posted on the website? I hate it this time when
they don't have the dancers list in the entry form section; you used to be
able to retrieve results by dancer's name. The US national in Miami in Sept
has that function, so you could check the results at least from the first
few comp days - they posted results fast.
Anybody has the pro latin and pro latin rising start lineups?

Max/Yulia won Andrei/Elena in the Open Latin. Andrei/Elena have a new Paso
show dance routine, better than Max/Yulia's show dance routine. Therefore,
the two couples are tied with 3 wins (5 dance + show dance). According to
the rule 11, Andrei/Elena are still the overall champion.
In Standard, Jonathan/Katusha is the winner.

Congrats (to your coaches and you)! I found i must have seen them myself at
manhattan dancesport in june.
I also found Promega's teacher(s) won something at OSB! Congrats Promega.

Thanks a lot!
I wish I had seen those standard couples dancing!
今年osb的日程安排对学生来说太差了，我后来才知道原来standard和rhythm的决赛是
在周五晚上。可学生只有周六晚上的票，而且大部分学生都不可能周五傍晚就赶到
Culombus，想买票看也不可能！

admiring you guys! we only got tickets for Sat, sorry for my ignorance.
But still I would say putting all the finals in one evening show would be
much better. Personally I felt bored after seeing so many rounds of the
same style dancing.

after many rounds of same style, we dont concentrate on dance, we start to
concentrate how they look, their dress, their shoes, their hair....hahaha :D

Have you found sth interesting after looking through the pics? As ladies are
always tanned, a lot of guys look whiter than their parterns, haha!

Ben and Shalene Ermis are the top teachers in US. Progega is lucky to have
them in town. Many of their students drove 3-4 hours for their class.

According to my teacher, they will retire next year - this is their last
competition. I looked at their pics on SuperShag's website http://gallery.supershag.com/p/prosmooth/1stbenermis-shalenearcherermis20
they do appear kind of senior, especially the guy. But when they dance, they
look awesome. Here's a video clip on another website where you can take a
peek of their smooth dances.

That is exactly how their show dances routine tried to demonstrate. Ben
dropped his number plate on the floor and walked out. We will have a new
smooth champions, David/Valentina.
Top teacher didn't mean the best teacher. If a teacher have many competition
entries with their students, he/she may win the top teacher prize. Ben and
Shalene are top teachers for several years at OSB.

That's what he did? Sounds cool. You mean in the show dance competition, he
deliberately did that? The champions are mazen/irina, not david/valentina
yah.

If they are gonna come to Manhattan DS again in 2007, I will bring followers
to them at the final lineup on behalf of you, if you like :)
How does it feel to have competing teachers? Just curious. Do they practice
every day (or do they have time to practice every day)? Are they away for a
month before major competitions? If their regular coach is not Shirley
Ballas, then who do they getting coaching from?

Earlier, they seldom told the group class students about their competition
schedule. That could make our life difficult. For example, I forgo my lunch
to go to Vaidas' class at noon on Monday. I might end up going straightly
back to work (25 minutes one way) because they are not there.
~~~~~ hey you are so persistent, going to a class during lunch time!
