可见水平下降之多，而且didnot feel my previous heat from my heart
routine忘了多半，体力简直是不堪。我自己都不能忍受我自己的状态
好的地方是打turn基本自我感觉到了最佳状态。在公司的走道里薄地毯上
磨蹭惯了，上了真floor, yeah!感觉好极了，很轻松的完成每个turn，
并且很轻松的check，可以连续打上6-7个turn不丢方向
Vienese Waltz，这个舞再次证明没有一个好舞伴是跳不起来的。晚上跳了3支，
基本都是勉强转
体力，基本说明离跳不动latin不远了，除非我能作到经常锻炼，否则象以前那样棒
小伙子的感觉是找不到了，standard,是个好的起点，waltz仍旧能跳。
快要人到中年了，TNND，百事缠身，没有一件轻松的。下次回归年轻的感觉怕至少5-6
年以后了吧。
趁着年轻多挥霍呀，不要留遗憾 :)

quite same here. Last night, failed to finish a swing with a hot girl for a
long song. At beginning, we dance too fast, she was really excited. But I
said I was done during a pause. Really no face lah.

可以这样，如果的确song太长，又是swing坚持不下来，可以比如累的时候吧，正好是
close的position，轻轻搂着说，honey, I can not finish, let's take a break
everybody understands ya,haha

Hey that is just a swing, not jive. How long is the song, 3 minutes?
A few weeks ago, i was still learning jive in a private lesson. The
beginning of my routine has many kicks, ball change, blah, so we started to
practice with the original-speed music, which is too fast for me. I got so
hot from the kicks, 满脸通红，脸上渗出汗珠。 My teacher noticed that (
probably was wondering how come such short dancing could get me sweat),
looked at me with strange eyes and said "you are hot"
I feel !>_

Later i realized that was not the orginal speed - the teacher slowed down
the music by 2 or 3 mpm. faint.
I still need to practice the kicks. I need to use my center to initiate the
kicks - my teacher said. I have improved but still look a bit 'heavy' as if
i were dancing swing. Jive should feel much lighter than swing.

girls can wear tank top, skirt, open back, strapless top .... it is much
easier to dissipate the heat, while guys have to wear so much more.

recently i wear long sleeve shirt all the time.
even when wearing short skirt for latin, i put on fishnet and leg warmer
still, i just get warm or hot, don't reaaly sweat much
unlike guys

you can wear t-shirt or tank, can't you? i mean in practice or classes...
