forward chasse,我觉得是先stretch前面那个腿out,然后后边这个腿bend然后跟进，然后
再stretch前面那个腿。
backward chasse怎么做比较专业点？我觉得挺有困难的，不知道怎么使劲好

if i were asked a question about chassing forward and backward in standard
dances, i'd say put foot pressure against the direction of where you're going
with your standing leg. does that work for latin? i'm curious.

well, first of all, i would like to make a few comments on that whole pr
e-bronze samba thing. most of the time, newcomers do bronze routines, an
d that is the truth. however, some organizers are genetically anal reten
tive and make you do whisks for a minute and a half, which i certain don
't like.
second of all, i guess you can just do 8 plain voltas after criss cross
after the criss cross bota fogos.
third of all, i understand your concern over the smooth connection betwe
en a criss cross bot
