Four years ago, I picked up this apartment because there is a 70'x35' dance
floor in the building. I prepared my dance music and video and were ready to
practise after my dancing class.
All I need was to find a follower to practise together. (to be continued)

maybe i didn't state it correctly
in an interview. ivan was asked if he had dance training
he said yes, blah blah and ballroom
then the host said, with your mom?
he said yes and added it was an awkward experience
something like that

more difficult than finding your spouse. I didn't believe it until my next
partner left.
I was dancing at different studios and dance parties around the city. We have
several local Chinese dance parties every month. I went there with my friends.
There are usually combination of dancers from different background. We have a
Chinese fashion team in the city. Sometimes, the whole team will come to the
dance party. DJ will

some girls are quick to pick up things from social dances and may very well
never need lessons to enjoy themselves. when i think about my college days,
what i considered the best dancers at the time never took lessons but learned
from each other. sort of like musa, ivan or ashlee.

there is hip hop training
and dance studios dedicated to hip hop
ivan had training in other area as well
for example when he was a kid, he did ballroom with his mom
ashlee started dancing when she was 2, then resumed when she was 5.
Clogging - Missi抯 Dance Station (5 yrs.)
Irish step and some Jazz - Kendyl抯 Dance Academy (3 yrs.)
Ballet, Jazz, Tap - DancinFeet (1 1/2 yrs.)
Hip Hop - Power house (2 yrs)

are they? trained in hip hop? as in taking lessons in hop?
what about musa?
what about that japanese kid who couldn't get in final because of his visa? i
thought a lot of street dancers learned from each other as opposed to
classroom training

其实我们小学上手工课教过打手套，男生没一个打出来的，就不了了之了

i so regret that i didn't learn from my mom how to sew.
at that time, my teens, i was more interested in electronics, carpentry etc
maybe i'll teach myselft how to tailor. anyone knows sewing
machine deal?

you want a deal on sewing machine or you want to know to who can use sewing
machine? hehe
would suggest buy a used one in flea market, a big real one, not those tiny
tiny ones being sold in dollar tree stores....
