最近工作不忙,在网上闲逛,看各种JP相亲帖子忽然有感,是人们太物质还是我们的生
活中缺少一种能力就是爱人与被爱。
其实楼主也曾经是相亲女,有过各种相亲经历,也给周围无数朋友搭桥,被各种jp雷得
外焦里内,忽然觉得物质什么的其实不是相亲的主要问题,其实主要问题是我们一方面
要求对方对自己各种好,另一方面却吝啬与付出爱,请看清不是性,是爱,或者一方付
出了爱另一方却觉得理所应当或者不懂得接受!
总之就是想发泄一下 说说吧。

JOB TITLE:
Principal Data Analyst
GENERAL SUMMARY
The principal data analyst will provide leadership and technical expertise,
conceptualize analytical approaches and develop reusable solutions. Execute
complex advanced analytics services on an on-going basis. Work closely with
business divisions, and cooperatives on “big data” and predictive/
prescriptive analytical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & FUNCTIONS

Creates data models by applying formal data modeling techniques. (E)
· Analyze internal source systems including data architecture and data
flows
· Identify external data providers needed for research
· Gather, catalog, centralize, and model data from internal source
systems and external data providers
· Ensure proper definition of data needs and data quality
· Explore data using data mining techniques to discover patterns
· Responsible for leading modeling and analytic processes to ensure high
quality resource and optimization of assets

Elicits, analyzes, documents, and communicates existing and emerging
business information needs to ensure that the right information is available
for making business decisions. (E)
· Lead and execute analysis of utility operations data sets including,
but not limited to market research, financial analysis, demand-side
management programs, and operations
· Use mathematical and statistical methods to understand and quantify
optimization of existing and new business opportunities
· Develop analytical reporting and data visualization solutions based
upon proven models and analysis
· Create predictive models to understand likely future outcomes and
create proof of concepts to test prescriptive actions
· Translate the results of analyses into briefing materials for business
divisions, leadership, and our member cooperatives
· Proactively develop, prepare, and present analysis to monitor ongoing
and new development opportunities using complex utility data sets. The
position conducts analysis for other divisions and its member
cooperatives to support their business and special projects needs.
· Document and present results of analysis to internal business divisions
and member cooperatives
· Effectively communicate technical analyses and results to multiple
levels within the organization including the board of directors, Leadership,
and staff

Establishes and maintains data analysis processes and best practices to
improve data analysis capabilities throughout the organization. (E)
· Partner with other analytical roles to evolve data analysis
capabilities
· Mentor staff and business users on analytical methods
· Develop and improve data analysis methodologies and templates
· Promote adherence and utilization of structured data analysis
techniques and their effective integration into the decision making process.

Manages project activities and directs efforts to ensure work will be
completed on time, within budget, and will meet customers’ needs. (E)
· Work with business divisions, IT business partners, and cooperatives to
identify and support data analysis opportunities
· Understand business drivers and analytical needs; advise business users
on appropriate analytical approaches
· Ensure requirements and deliverables for projects are clearly defined
· Independently manage multiple analysis projects with differing
priorities and stakeholders
JOB CRITERIA
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge typically acquired through a B.S. degree in mathematics,
statistics, decision sciences or a related field; M.S. degree strongly
preferred. At least five years of progressive work experience involving
acquiring, maintaining and verifying data, conducting and overseeing
optimization modeling, and conducting mathematical and statistical analysis
in a utility or comparable context. Very strong research, analytical,
organizational, and communication skills required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
· Ability to consult with business users to gain an understanding of
their business and analytical needs, advise them on applicable strategies
and methodologies, and assist them in designing business intelligence
solutions.
· Ability to create data models, test against various scenarios,
extrapolate likely outcomes, and communicate results.
· Ability to solve business problems via mathematical modeling,
statistical modeling, optimization modeling and other techniques.
· Familiarity with data exploration techniques, including data
mining, data analysis, predictive analysis, analytical reporting, data
visualization, and business intelligence in general.
· Understanding of electric utility organizational, operational and
regulatory contexts; as well as external forces/impacts within the industry.
· Thorough understanding of factors affecting electric energy usage
including economic trends, demographics, market conditions, and
technological developments.
· Skill in transforming large quantities of data and reducing
complex issues into clear and concise language, and actionable information.
· Skill in decision making and creative problem solving.
· Skill in preparing complex written materials including
presentations, reports and correspondence to meet purpose and audience.
· Skill in communicating complex, technical information in non-
technical terms to a wide variety of audiences.
· Skill in logical problem-solving with the ability to thoroughly
research issues and analyze various types of information.
· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships,
both internal and external to the organization. Ability to establish
credibility and trust with stakeholders.
· Ability to proactively anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing
business circumstances; must be able to thrive in a constantly changing
business environment.
· Ability to self-motivate, work independently and work successfully
as a team member.
· Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize time/
workload.
