A question about Oracle# Database - 数据库

I downloaded Oracle8 for NT. But I think it's single user version,
I have to buy licence, right?
And I want to use TCP/IP to connect the client and server on the same
machine, using
lookback address, it doesnot work. The error message is that TNS cannot
start
some processes. Is it because what I downloaded is for one machine?
WHo can help me?

The download version is a simplified version.
But I think it can work.
See your NT settings--control panel--services
Can you see the OracleTNSListener running?
If not, try reinstall.

It is running. That is OracleTNSListener80. And I configured it to listen at
127.0.0.1, port 1521.
And I found in the log file, the connection is established, only some other
processes cannot run.

Could you show me the error messages?
My Oracle on NT is running well.
