Does anyone know if I can create a dynamic field in a table? (I'm using Access)
My problem is:
the number of fields of the table is fixed, however, each field name may be
changed, what can I do?

Why you bother to change the field name?
You can store the data in this filed and change the name when
you query the table. If you want to identify the difference, add
another field and use different value to identify the difference
of the meaning of the field.
If you have a lot of changes, create a new table. Otherwise your design
is very confusing.
