I am recently installing oracle 8.04 on win2k. Have some annoying
problems, please, please give me some help if you know something about
it.
1. I am trying to use my own computer to try it out. Which option I
could choose, Oracle 8? or Oracle Client? or Custom (what's the
difference).
2. I installed several time. Once, it reports that the inst.exe file
error at the end, and another time, it reports a memory address is not
readable. At both times, I can't uninstall it with installer, it kept
repo

hi, do not do anything before you know something! You should first
read some dos of Oracle. At first, I am more stupid than you. But now,
I am a expert for tuning Oracle.
