What do you mean by SQL server package? DTS package? It's a
different thing.

I mean the stored procedures.
I think DTS will transfer the tables,indexes and views, not
stored procedures, right?

Cannot do that! Because it is totally different. As you said
DTS is great help for most database objects, but stored
procedures, functions, alert etc won't work.
