Oracle Forms is a front end application. There's also Oracle Reports. They can
be build using Oracle Form Builder, Report Builder, which are components of
Oracle Developer Suite. You can get more info from here:

简单来说， 就是用来建立table 的图形界面的工具， 可以方便用户search, drop,

Forms are not used to 建立table. It's to build database applications.

application to build/create tables or to create GUI application for tables.
This is the Ambiguity side of the language. I just thought it's more
reasonable as the first one based on what you said.
There is no need to say that I don't know Chinese ba?
