I just installed Oracle XE. Initially the Application Express homepage
where we can do db management through the web interface works fine.
But, I played around a little bit. Now, I cannot check out http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex .
As you see from the PNG image below, all Oracle-related services are started
. But I still cannot check out this APEX homepage.

Both
ping 127.0.0.1
ping localhost
worked fine.
C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\BIN>ping localhost

用Oracle XE的安装文件修复了以后可以用了，结果重新启动电脑以后又不能访问了。
奇怪 ..........

But, guess what, I stopped the database engine and restarted it, then APEX
works just fine. Weird.

I can not start OracleMTSRecoverService. The error message is "... time out
..."
