纯粹电脑小白，碰到问题了。
办公室有两台电脑连网，一个 construction estimating software 装在 network
drive T: 上，两个电脑都可以用。现在软件寄来升级盘，装的时候却说 it can only
be upgraded on local drive。哪位大师给我个简单好用的办法解决这个问题，真是
感激不尽了。

I have never seen one. If it exists, it may not worth working for.
When call from the hiring manager, say the following things:
1. Thanks for extending me an offer.
2. That sounds attractive and I will seriously consider it.
3. Could you have the offer sent to me in writing? or at least scanned the
offer letter and email it to me? I will need to read about it and discuss it
with my family before making a decision.
Wait until 3-4 days before deadline to negotiate with the HM.
1. Thanks for extending me the offer.
2. I am very interested in this position and the work sounds exciting. I
like the team I will be joining.
3. However, it is a hard decision for me to make a decision since:
a. I have another competitive offer. (Do not say who and how much), if
you have one. But I am leaning towards your company.
b. Is it possible for your to raise your offer to make it easier for me?
4. Be prepare to give a concrete number. Say 10-15% more base. etc. Say
something like: "If you could raise the base to xxx, I will be glad to
accept the offer right away."
5. Again, thanks.
Usually, they will go back and discuss it and come back with something in
between, say 7% raise. Unless you can afford to lose the offer, I suggest
you take it.
At the mean time, you can call the other company and ask them to raise their
offer too, if their offer is close and you are actually interested.

fatcow.com has good service but the price is relatively high. The first
year there costs $60 even if you have coupons. The second year will cost $88
. I usually get tech support email reply in a few hours and their service
is very good.
I switched to gohomehost.com for the second year for just $10 but it does
not have tech support.
It really depends on your need and your tech level.

I think the corresponding word for 单位 is establishment.

some of you need to stop replying to questions you don't absolutely know the

"Unit" is fine as it's used in a case study. In that case, "Dan Wei" is
mentioned and explained, later the word "unit" is used for translation. Because there is no such a organization in US,I think that is best way to do if you want others to understand "Dan Wei", first, use pinyin, then explain it, finally, use an English word for convenience.

This particular usage of 單位 is unique to the CCP lexicon.

There is no simple equivalent in English. If you use "work unit" as
suggested by Wikipedia, most people won't understand it.
(In Taiwan, usually only those in the military will say 單位 or 部隊,
translated into "unit" in English, as in "military unit".)
To translate your sentence, you would need to be more specific.
First replace 單位 with the specific Chinese word, then translate.

其他的 employer 等等都视情况而定。
