要是没赶上，会有什么后果吗？比如过两个月就2008了，还没转到EB2, 之后转成功的
话，能立刻current吗？

you mean upgrade eb3 to eb2 in the same company or jump to another company
and start perm/I-140 again but keep the PD from previous company?

谢谢回复！是同公司里upgrade, 律师动作好像有点慢，会不会有影响？

My experience:
Ads + preparation for PERM: 6 months
PERM approval: 2 days
Then you can file I485 as soon as you become current.
So roughly 6 months.

转完了么？我觉得你要是2008年初的排期，就没什么好担心的。
假设SO清空已交的485。根据2007 pending 485 inventory, EB2C每个月只有不到700。
最坏的情况，明年就是用自己的名额也可以到2008。
最近几年perm的数量变化不大，NIW就不清楚了:

这些统计比较粗略，只计算了总量，没有考虑Denied的。而且2010年有些case在2011批。
