Hi all, got an urgent question.
LD filed PERM online before christmas however so far the company HP
mentioned that they never received any email questionnaire from DOL.
Any one has any idea that if there is a contact at DOL that can be used for
requesting another questionnaire?

需要联系dol. 这个是我perm申请时候收到的信息.
Please click on the link below, complete the questionnaire, and select the
submit button when you are finished.
If you do not complete the questionnaire within 7 days of the date the e-
mail was generated, you will not be able to complete the questionnaire
online, and you will be contacted by a representative of DOL. This may delay
processing of your application.

I never did any online questionnaire and my LC still not approved. will it
be a problem?

you will not receive the questionnaire. Your company HR will receive an
email questinonaire, as long as they respond correct within 7 days of
receipt, you wil be fine.
