一个朋友去年12月初回国，到现在签证还没有拿到，有几个问题向大家请教一下，非常
感谢有类似经历的朋友提供一些有用的信息。
My friend is a scientist working at Harvard on H1 visa and was checked at
Chengdu. Now the case is in the security review process. Although Harvard
University already communicated with DOS about this case, it seems the
process remains very slow. My friend went back to Chengdu at early Dec 2008.
1. How long will the security review averagely take these days, even though
it depends on individual case?
2. What could an applicant do by him

我的入学I-20,上面写的是必须在 2015年6月20号完成学业。
毕业后，我的OPT开始时间是2015年8月1号，到2016年7月31号。
我的问题：
从哪里开始算 unemployment的90天？
从6月20号？ 还是8月1号？

LZ may be preparing for I-485 filing which requires him to review all the
non-immigrant status in the US ever, especially status after last visa entry
