早上在公司烤bagel(450F)取出时不小心手指碰到oven的上沿，当时就觉得痛，抹了点
药膏后
竟越来越痛，到网上查了一下，说是应该用冷水冲，不应抹药膏，于是又去冲水，但上
面还有残留。碰到的地方现在已成白色脓泡状，周围红色。请问我现在已经该怎么处理

时间紧迫，请教有经验的人几个问题：
1. 我的J2身份3月底到期，已经办好waiver，老板这星期才拿到钱可以支持我办H1，现
在开始办并且申请加急需要多长时间？那个Labor Condition Application (LCA)
procedure现在是需要1个星期吗？据说J签证可以再美国再多待一个月，不知道两个月
时间来不来得及。
2. 是不是拿到receipt就可以合法待在美国，只是不能工作？这个receipt一般多久可
以拿到？
3. 我5月初要去外州开会一个星期，老板很希望我去学习下，虽然我自己没有poster。
如果到时候我只有receipt但没有正式批准，可以去吗？是不是很危险？

在GLACIER里选了Postdoctoral Fellowship后，只有 Scholarship or Fellowship (
Non-Service) 和 No Income 这两项。选Scholarship or Fellowship后，最后生成的
是W-8BEN(以前学生时都是生成8233），系统自动给我claim 20(b)，把我的收入算成
Scholarship or Fellowship。
难道博后不用交税的？还有这样的好事？

楼上说的真对，USCIS加急很快，现在的关键问题成了学校visa office的人到底需要多
长时间收集材料。上午刚去问过，通常要两三个月，效率真是低啊。决定经常催催，必

我不保证，因为我不知道你的工资来源。找你周围的类似的人问问就知道。
如果不是那种免税机构给你的fellowship,是不能用20b免税的。
